Prep instructions.
To prepare 2 oz pre-cooked chicken patties in the oven, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for even heating. Ensure the patties are heated through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
