Prep instructions.

Prep instructions stove top:
In a large pan, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs directly from the freezer, without thawing, and cook them, turning frequently, until they are evenly browned on all sides and fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Prep instructions oven:
Place the meatballs, without defrosting, on a lightly oiled baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F.
